All our products undergo the following quality inspections before leaving the factory:
For products rated at IP6X, we follow the standards set by GB/T 4208-2017 on enclosure protection (IP code). Talcum powder is filtered using a metal square mesh sieve (wire diameter: 50 μm, mesh size: 75 μm) with a dosage of 2 kg/m³, applied no more than 20 times. No vacuum pump is used during the process. The dust test runs for 8 hours.
Afterward, the sample is submerged 1 meter underwater for 30 minutes, ensuring the temperature difference between the water and the test environment does not exceed 5K.
This test follows GB/T 17626.2-2018, which covers electromagnetic compatibility and electrostatic discharge (ESD) immunity. Each unit undergoes 10 discharges under both positive and negative voltages, across different voltage levels, to verify resistance to electrostatic interference.
Before shipment, each device is subjected to a 48-hour aging test, where it operates at maximum power in a sealed high-temperature aging chamber. This process ensures the product’s long-term stability and performance under extreme conditions.
We implement a rigorous and standardized inspection protocol to ensure that every product meets delivery standards. This comprehensive process guarantees product consistency, reliability, and superior performance in field applications.
